By making a booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our web site from time to time.

Merit Call Drivers arranges agreements on services which are concluded between users and service providers. Users in terms of these terms and conditions are individuals and legal entities who use the platform with or without having registered with Merit Call Drivers for the use of the services or the platform. We shall be entitled at any time without giving any reason to terminate the booking of drivers done by the user.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing, registering for or using the platform the user should accept the application of these terms and conditions, therefore please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using the platform.

 

REGISTRATION & DRIVER BOOKING

To use the services, the user is required to provide certain details (eg: user name, contact number, email address, pickup point, distination or drop point, etc) The registration is free of charge and requires the user accepts these terms and conditions.

 

All bookings have to be made at least 2 hrs in advance for proper facilitation of the service. A successful booking alone does not qualify for a service confirmation. Each booking will be followed up with a confirmation call or SMS to your registered mobile number depending on availability of vehicles / drivers and proximity of reporting location. 

 

Before starting the trip make it confirm with Tariff by whether it is a local, out of city or outstation trip or it is have any other extra charges.

 

CANCELLATION

cancellation charge of (Applicable for Driver Before 15 minutes reaching on the spot) Rs.100/-  for Driver for hire will be applicable. Rates quoted are only indicative and are not binding on the company.

 

INSURANCE AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

The company is not responsible for any damage or loss of any personal belongings or intellectual property while providing the services. These includes tapes, records, discs or other similar audio visual or data electronic devices, any speed measuring equipment within the vehicle or any other accessories of any kind. It is your responsibility to ensure that all your belongings are safe before and after the service arranged by Merit Call Drivers.

 

If any accident or damage took place because of our driver’s mistakes or any other reason service provider(driver) will support to claim the insurance.

 

DRIVERS PAYMENT

For any payment related problem at Driver duty closing time make it confirm with office before argue with driver.

 

SERVICES AND OBLIGATIONS

Picking up and dropping off passengers.
Driving the passenger in a safe manner to their destinations. Compile and keep appropriate maintaince records. If the user has any complaints in respect to the services or the use of the driver, the customer has to inform Merit Call Drivers within 24 hours of using the drivers or the service.

 

We are providing drivers services for your temporarily or emergency purpose, Don’t give any other work than driving, like car cleaning, washing, loading and unloading bags/box/goods, cash dealing, any of your personal work, if any mistake or misbehaviour happens then the company never responsibility for these cases.

 

All our drivers are under obligation to the company not to solicit our customers directly or indirectly for any driver services. Also, our customers are obligated not to employee any drivers of the Merit Call Drivers. on a permanent or temporary basis without the consent of the company. The company reserves the right to cancel a confirmation made for a booking any time unilaterally owing to reasons beyond the company's control and purview. The company is not liable for any damages either material or otherwise, that might have been caused to the customer on such occasions.
